Refund Policy
In the case of a non-working
DVD, you may return the product within 21 days for an exact replacement.
We request you pay the return shipping, but shipping on the replacement
order will be free.
We regret that we cannot
offer a refund once our monitoring service is purchased.
Drive for Excellence is not
responsible for transactions between its customers and vendors found
recommended on our site. If you experience a problem, please contact
that vendor's customer service department. We do want to hear however if
our customers are experiencing problems with a vendor so that we can
determine if we need to stop recommending them.
